We have organized a class and a 2-year program that inspires young adults to become Aeronautical Engineers, Pilots, Manufacturing workers, Air Traffic Controllers etc., anything that they can dream of in the Aviation Industry. They are all learning to do this through our fun hobby and sport of building and flying model airplanes. We have divided these classes into 4 phases of training, in which each phase last for 1 Semester. During these training periods the students are not only learning to fly and compete in contest with these model airplanes, but they are also learning how to build and design them as well. Becoming a Manufacturing Engineer/ CNC Engineer requires the use of both basic and advanced calculations to determine current and potential productivity of a process, and advanced mathematics is also greatly used in the design and construction of full-size and model R/C aircraft, so our classes have been specifically designed to teach these kids basic math, College level Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry and some Calculus. They will also be learning various Manufacturing and Engineering skills, techniques, and processes, which include:

• Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measurement instruments, templates and fixtures
• Write 3D Printer and CNC machine programs in the language of machines controller (G Code), obtaining extensive knowledge and skills in Macro B programming for Fanuc and Okuma Controls, modify existing 3D printer and CNC machine programs to enhance efficiency and to account for problems encountered during operations
• Learn to create designs of customer Models or prototypes by utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Creo 4.0, Fusion360 and generating part programs in G Code language using CAM software such as Mastercam for CNC machines and 3D printer software such as Grab CAD print, and Simplify3D.
• Learn Machine shop Math
• Determine CNC machine or 3D printer reference points, machine cutting paths or hole locations and compute angular, linear dimensions, radii and curvatures
• Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Creating a part model print (Front view, Right side view, Rear view)
We also provide hands on training of various shop equipment like bandsaws, skill saws, metal/woodworking lathe, scroll saw, drill press, etc. We are giving these kids a valuable head start in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry.

So, If you are a child that is between the ages of 9 & 18 years of age and you have a burning desire or a passion to learn about Model Aviation and how it can help you achieve a successful career in the aviation industry, Or maybe your just looking for a hobby or sport that offers a very unique challenge and gives you a great sense of pride, while still providing you with loads of fun, then you`ve come to right place! Our program has been strategically designed to equip you with real life occupational skills that will allow you to leave our classroom and step straight into the workforce with the knowledge, confidence and training that will put you years ahead of your peers.
